We handle and advise on all matters pertaining to Sectional Title properties from the establishment of Sectional Title Schemes to the routine day-to-day transfers of Sectional Title Units.

We also assist those who encounter difficulties in relation to extensions, not just of schemes, but of individual units and the creation or amendment, where the need arises, of Exclusive Use Areas.

We represent both developers and individual owners in disputes relating to Rules, Common Property and Management issues in all Sectional, Shareblock and Cluster Housing Schemes.

We have been involved in this area of Law since sectionalisation of property first occurred in 1971 and have assisted many property owners in the conversion from Share Block to Sectional Title Ownership.
